The guest presenter will be David Joshua. David Joshua is a logistics specialist whose experience in the industry spans over 25 years.  David has held senior positions at global freight companies and has worked with big multinational companies the likes of Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and the Mitsubishi Group.  He is well versed in matters relating to international logistics, clearing and forwarding and supply chain management.  He comes with a proven track record in driving organisational growth and operational excellence, through streamlining processes, improving efficiencies and reducing costs.  David also holds a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) and is currently a partner at Alliance Freight Services based in Cairns.  The workshop facilitated by David will cover the importing / exporting process with huge focus on International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).  Incoterms are one of the most important features in International Trade, but also one of the most misunderstood.  In order to mitigate the risk to you as an importer or exporter and for you to know your roles and responsibilities, it might be worth your while to join us for this workshop.
